WHAT DOES FITNESS LOOK LIKE?
Fitness can be achieved in lots of ways. Our focus should ideally be on flexibility, muscle strength, endurance, and a healthy form. People can choose the activity that suits them best. It could be as simple as walking, running or choosing to play a sport they really enjoy.
As long as it helps keep our mobility intact, frees us from a stiff body and gets us feeling energetic , we have a variety of options.
